Methods of Delivery

All training, software, and downloadable materials will be provided online via video, audio, webinar, download links, applications, documents, or a combination thereof. You are required to have a computer with internet access to utilize these resources. AI Agency Blueprint will use email to send updates and may also contact you via telephone.

Intellectual Property

You agree that all training materials, configuration methods, template downloads, and unique strategies provided by AI Agency Blueprint (including workflows, sequences, and automation techniques) are the exclusive property of AI Agency Blueprint and may not be duplicated, replicated, resold, or redistributed in any manner. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access to software and training without a refund. AI Agency Blueprint reserves the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payment Policy

All programs and services must be paid for in full. If an outstanding balance is created due to circumstances such as, but not limited to, insufficient funds, credit card declines, or incomplete payment methods, this agreement serves as a promissory note requiring payment of any balance within fifteen (15) calendar days, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Satisfaction Commitment

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will continue working with you and provide appropriate resources to help you achieve your goals. Due to the nature of digital education and downloadable materials, all purchases are final. No refunds will be issued beyond the third (3rd) day after executing this agreement unless local laws provide for an alternative remedy.

Limitations of Service

You acknowledge that you are purchasing educational training, downloadable materials, and/or software only. This is not a franchise, security, business opportunity, affiliation, association, or seller-assisted marketing plan. We do not provide customers or services to market your business. No additional support beyond the expressly stated services should be expected.

Results Disclaimer

No representation, expressed or implied, is made regarding your success in applying our training, software, or services. Results will vary based on individual effort, skill, persistence, and external factors. You acknowledge that you may achieve better, worse, or no results at all and agree to hold AI Agency Blueprint and its representatives harmless from any outcomes or lack thereof.

Indemnity

AI Agency Blueprint does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. We expressly disclaim any liability arising from the use or application of our products and services. You accept our programs as-is and assume all associated risks. We strongly encourage you to seek legal counsel for any contractual agreements related to your business. You agree to fully indemnify AI Agency Blueprint against any liability, including but not limited to software, apps, websites, or business decisions.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse entry into any community, course, or group training if a participant disrupts the learning environment. Disruptions include, but are not limited to, offensive behavior, harassment, slander, solicitation, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by AI Agency Blueprint.

Needed Programs

We do not provide third-party software, including marketing automation platforms. You are responsible for creating and maintaining your accounts for such services. We recommend having an email marketing platform for optimal success.

Associations

AI Agency Blueprint is not officially endorsed by or affiliated with Meta (Facebook), ManyChat, or other third-party platforms. These brands and logos remain the trademarks of their respective owners. We do not control or assume liability for changes in the function, access, policies, or terms of any recommended products or services.

Recommendations

You may be introduced to additional products or services that may or may not be affiliated with AI Agency Blueprint. At times, we may receive compensation for promoting certain products. We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before purchasing any third-party services.

Your Privacy

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information (email, phone number, social media data, etc.) to third parties. However, AI Agency Blueprint reserves the right to share your success stories in the form of case studies. Any feedback provided to us may also be used as marketing testimonials.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ontario. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be litigated in Ontario courts. In the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
